Upon Commissioning me, you agree that you've read and understood the following, and will abide to them.

- Art MUST be paind in full or at least %50 non-refundable for me to start working on your piece, Payment (Outside Brazil) is PayPal Only, ** through invoice for buyer and artist protection. No exceptions.**
(PT: Para brasileiros também é aceito PIX, Transferência, Boleto)- I do not authorize my art to be sent ("fed") to ANY knd of AI, to any purpose whatsoever. If i see anyone purposefully doing so, this person will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.- Due recent issues that have been brought to my attention, i want to make it clear that ABSOLUTELY NONE of my art should be used or involved with any kind of cryptocurrency or NFT scheme. I do not make exceptions. If you find any of my artwork being minted as NFT it should be brought to my attention immediately, thank you for understanding.- I no longer am able to offer free sketches before the payment due people acting on bad faith and asking for sketches and doing serious quotes and disappearing after receiving them. It’s unfortunate but I can’t risk trust on this anymore. Art can be paid half of the total upfront or full upfront thats not negotiable.- If the costumer, for some reason,
decides to cancel the commission while still on sketch phase only 50% of the payments is refundable, as specified above. I do not do refunds if the piece is beyond the sketch phase.- Prices can , and will change depending on how difficult the character is to draw (Desired Poses, Markings , accessories, etc).- Changes | Fixes only will be done on sketch phase. I'll do max 6 bigger alterations, after that, every change will be charged USD $5. I WONT do any changes/alterations AFTER the Lineart/Colors are ready.- I provide you with a lot of WIPs on each phase of the piece. (Sketch, Lining, Color, Render, ETC). Please do not spam me asking for wips every hour. I usually work from 8AM till 20PM, daily, all week except on sundays. My maximum delivery time depends on my queue size. To follow your position in the queue and the general progress of it, refer to my trello or ask me directly so i can provide you the link to it.- Artwork is done digitally, customers will receive a PNG file of it (I can also provide an version for printing if desired)- I can make my watermark less noticeable, however, i wont remove it.- Ask me beforehand editing any of my pieces. This applies for crops, filters, image editors etc.- Have what you want in mind before commissioning me. This helps a lot. If you don't have a reference, please provide photos and detailed descriptions of what you want/what you character looks like. Even sending in stick figures regarding poses and colors are super cool and very helpful !REGARDING NSFW (+18) PIECES: I'll only proceed on working with you for NSFW pieces after you provide proofs that you're an legal adult. (MUST BE 18+). Absolutely NO minors. Thank you.- I rather NOT take commissions from Minors. NSFW or SFW, abiding PayPal costumers guide and personal reasons i ONLY work with adults. Thanks for understanding.
